# Aleph Hackathon
> A recurring global hackathon hosted by Crecimiento. Teams form, build and ship real projects online and across independent IRL chapters in Latin America, Africa and beyond. Six editions so far. The next edition has not been announced yet.

## About
The Aleph Hackathon is an event series, not a single dated event. Each edition runs simultaneously online and across independent IRL chapters: local hubs where builders gather in their own city, connected to the same global network, working on the same challenges, on the same timeline and judged by the same jury.

Chapters are organized by local communities. Projects are submitted and demoed through DoraHacks. Online workshops and mentorship are available to every participant, in person or remote.

## Next edition
The dates of the next edition have not been announced. Applications are not open. Announcements go out first on Twitter (https://x.com/alephhackathon) and in the community Telegram.
